Crispin Aldiss, a recent addition to the teaching team at Carinity Education Rockhampton, has quickly made a positive impact.
Lyn Harland, the school’s principal, described him as “highly dedicated, kind, compassionate, and authentic,” praising his ability to engage students in learning.
“Crispin’s wealth of educational expertise, positive attitude, and engaging manner mean the children are naturally drawn to his classroom and focused on their learning,” Lyn said.
His presence is so impactful that “students often wait at the front of school for his arrival and miss him dearly when he is offsite.”

The theme of this year’s World Teachers’ Day is ‘Teachers make a difference,’ a sentiment echoed by Carinity CEO Kevin Griffiths.
