What’s happening?

Rockhampton locals are invited to participate in the Reviva Reuse Competition, which celebrates creativity in upcycling and reuse.

Now in its fifth year, the competition encourages entrants to transform discarded items into functional or artistic pieces, with cash prizes up for grabs.

Entries close on Friday, 15 November 2024.

Why it Matters?

Upcycling helps reduce waste and limits the demand for new raw materials, supporting sustainability efforts in the community.

As living costs rise, reuse becomes an increasingly practical and eco-friendly solution.
