Police have charged a Park Avenue man following investigations into a series of alleged property and vehicle offences across Rockhampton.
The investigation covered alleged incidents in Gracemere, Norman Gardens and Berserker, including an attempted armed robbery, vehicle theft, attempted entry to a residence and fuel theft.
Why It Matters
The alleged offences occurred across the Rockhampton area between August and September.
On 13 August, police allege the man was involved in an attempted armed robbery in Gracemere. An 18-year-old man was sitting in a Holden Commodore on Alexander Court when the accused and another male allegedly approached him.
The two men allegedly made verbal and physical threats and attempted to take the victim’s car keys. The victim then drove away and contacted police.

On 17 September, a silver Honda HR-V was allegedly stolen from the rear yard of a complex on Campbell Lane.
Police allege the offenders later used the vehicle during an attempted entry to a Norman Gardens residence. They also allegedly used it in a fuel theft from a service station on Lakes Creek Road in Berserker.
